!changetrainer <Number> - Change your trainer sprite.
!changeteam <Pokemon Name> - Change the team you will fight raids (and other trainers) with. Enter 1 to 6 Pokemon, separated by commas.
!team <Chatter Name> - Look up any chatter's set team. Displays your own team if left blank.
!stats <Pokemon Name> - Look up the stats of any Pokemon.
!catch - Attempt to catch a wild Pokemon.
!catchattack <Pokemon Name> - Attack with the selected Pokemon and attempt a catch.
!attack <Pokemon Name> - Attack with the Pokemon selected. If none, it will choose randomly.
!throw <Pokemon Name> - Throw a Pokemon you have caught back into the wild for chatters to try & catch it again.
!release <Pokemon Name> - Release a Pokemon without letting chatters try and catch it again.
!raid - Join a raid in progress, attacks with the chatter's full team.
